Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Time Because Byenfre works with global fulfillment partners to bring you quality products at the best price, delivery times vary by destination:

• Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days from the ship date.
• Some remote locations or customs processing may extend this to up to 30 business days.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship worldwide. Shipping costs and any available free-shipping thresholds are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, your country may charge customs fees, import duties, or taxes on arrival. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs policy before ordering if you're unsure.
